Your Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all seals intact. For hygiene reasons, items with broken seals cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty Item?
If your item arrives faulty, please contact us at customerservices@aboveandbeyondeverything.com, including your order number and clear images of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll work quickly to resolve this for you.
