Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted.

All orders are subject to availability, payment authorisation and acceptance by us.

• a pricing or product description error has occurred
• we suspect fraudulent activity
• we believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions

If we are unable to fulfil your order, or part of it, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on our website are listed in the relevant currency displayed at checkout.

We accept payment by credit card and debit card. 

Payment must be received in full and successfully authorised before your order is processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed. Where this happens, we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed. If we are unable to contact you, or if you choose not to proceed at the corrected price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within the delivery timeframe selected at checkout.

Any dispatch or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier issues, customs delays, weather disruption, transport delays or periods of exceptionally high demand.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed delivery, delay or loss resulting from incorrect address details provided by you.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts or non-collection, we reserve the right to charge any additional delivery costs before re-dispatching the order.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, selected items may be offered on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. While we aim to dispatch within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur and we cannot guarantee any specific dispatch or delivery date.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that these timeframes are approximate and may be subject to change.

Where a pre-order item is purchased together with an in-stock item, the entire order will usually be dispatched once the pre-order item is ready, unless we state otherwise.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused
• unopened
• in its original packaging
• returned with all seals intact
• in a resaleable condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been opened, used, tampered with, or returned with broken or missing seals, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

To request a return, please contact customerservices@aboveandbeyondeverything.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Unless an item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where the returned item does not meet our return conditions.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 Days of delivery at customerservices@aboveandbeyondeverything.co.uk.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

We reserve the right to request further information or evidence before determining the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy in line with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or unfit-for-purpose goods

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges and handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or delivery fees.

Before placing an order, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information about any charges that may apply.

If customs charges or import duties are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any original shipping costs, return charges and any other costs incurred from any refund due.

You are responsible for ensuring that any products ordered comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. We accept no responsibility where local laws prevent delivery, import or possession of a product.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotions, sales or discount codes.

All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended or ended at any time without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any promotion where we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse or unauthorised activity.
